Riverlights and Corniche: Luxury Blinds for Luxury Apartments

The Project

The Riverlights and The Corniche are two new build luxury apartment buildings consisting of 116 and 299, managed by St James, part of the Berkeley group. The two buildings are both situated in the heart of London along the river Thames. These projects both posed a significant challenge for furbishing, as they included a lot of curved sheer tracks and a number of electric controlled blinds and sheers. The Corniche in particular, required a number of individually designed curtain tracks to fit the curvature of the windows.

The Process

The Kaydee team visited the site and evaluated the best course of action in order to meet the clients needs. The Kaydee team identified a mixture of the Shada 500 Roller and Electric Roller Blinds for the project. Additionally, after surveying the rooms electric curtain tracks were recommended to add extra ease of use for residents. For the Corniche project Kaydee, were praised for managing to deliver the project despite client delays which reduced the window for the team to install the blinds.

The Result

Over these two projects Kaydee produced and installed over 3,500 Shada 500 blinds and over 400 Electric Curtain Tracks, with a combined project value of over £1.2million. Both of these projects were completed within their planned program, and to the client's satisfaction.
